Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Student Management In S University

Talent training,is the country to our various institutions of higher learning a difficult and sacred task.And in the university education management system there is a student management work,is very important,it is better able to cultivate the students' key aspects of education and guidance.In order to ensure that the task of personnel training in colleges and universities can be successfully completed,an important way is to scientifically manage and educate students.In order to enable students to grow better sprout,all colleges and universities must strengthen student management.Since the main strength of the school is made up of school students,it is an extremely difficult task to strengthen the management and education of students,but this task carries a major mission.In order to cultivate all aspects of the comprehensive development of senior personnel,colleges and universities have to strengthen student management."Students in the daily life of learning behavior must be guided by the correct management of students,the only way to really cultivate the successor of the socialist future,for the socialist modernization of the contribution of a part of their own strength.Based on the research and practice of university management,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,comparative analysis and interview survey to deeply investigate the management problems existing in the management of college students.And in view of different problems,effective countermeasures are put forward.The author mainly from the college student management team,student financial assistance management,the construction of campus culture activities and other aspects of the analysis of current situation of S in the management of university students,and students work through visits and S university is closely related to the functions of the Department,and this study combined with their own characteristics and needs,for students to do a survey questionnaire,found the existing problems in the management of.For example,the construction of student management team in universities is not reasonable enough,the management system of student funding is not perfect,the lack of honesty and credibility of college students,and the management of students' campus cultural activities need to be standardized.Finally,after analyzing the excellent work experience of student management in foreign universities,we put forward specific proposals to strengthen the construction of student management team,perfect the student aid management system,enhance the integrity of poor students,and promote the diversified development of campus cultural activities.
