Poverty-stricken college students as a hot issue in the current society,but also in the process of development of colleges and universities is a very prominent focus.As colleges and universities have been expanding their enrollment scale,resulting in the gradual expansion of the proportion of poor students in the total number of schools,many schools have more than 20%of the poor students.It is not difficult to imagine that so many students with family financial difficulties or especially difficult family conditions may face a lot of challenges in daily life.Some of them have reached a very serious level,which has brought many negative effects on students’ management and teaching in Colleges and universities.How to manage the work of impoverished students and the effective qualifications of earnestly subsidizing impoverished students has gradually become a focus,so that impoverished students can live through a very good and enriched University era,which is a work problem that our colleges and universities need to face urgently and also need to solve.In view of this,this paper comprehensively uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey and inductive summary to objectively understand the current situation and existing problems of the identification of poverty-stricken students in Colleges and universities.Through the research,it is found that the main problems include the lack of scientificity of the identification criteria,the loopholes in the process of poverty certification and identification,the irrational index of poverty-stricken students,the unreasonable distribution of funds and the lack of support departments for poverty-stricken Aiming at these problems,this paper puts forward four specific countermeasures to strengthen the identification of poor students in Colleges and universities from the following four aspects:establishing scientific identification standards,integrating resources,building a unified data platform for funding,perfecting the supporting policies and measures for the identification of poor students and improving policies,and striving to achieve "full coverage".It specifically involves poor students in terms of details.The scientific allocation of indicators,the specific coordination strategies between the government and universities,etc.,strive to improve the status quo of the identification of poor students and improve the effect of funding,while providing theoretical basis and practical guidance.
