Sports Education Professional Education Practice Management Platform Module Construction And Application In East China Normal University

As an important comprehensive practice in the training program of Physical education majors,educational practice is a compulsory course for students,which plays an indispensable role in improving physical education teaching skills and professional attainment.However,in 2016,the Ministry of Education's opinion on strengthening the educational practice of normal school students pointed out that "there are still some problems in the educational practice of normal school students,such as lack of clear target,rich content,relatively unitary form,weak guiding force,relative weakness of management evaluation and organization guarantee".It can be seen that strengthening the management of teaching practice and improving the guiding effect are important links in the educational practice of normal students.To this end,this article through the Education Practice management platform,uses the education information technology means,strengthens to the education practice process network management,and enhances the intern the practice effect to have the important significance.This paper mainly applies the methods of literature,investigation and action research,and sets up the module for the practice of physical education teaching in the educational practice management platform of East China Normal University,and applies it to the teaching practice of physical Education level 2013 and level 2014.From the perspective of module setup and application of management platform,guiding teachers ' management guidance and teaching reflection of interns,this paper carries out a 13-week action study,analyzes the effect of its application,sums up the advantages and existing problems,and makes clear the application foreground of educational practice management platform.Based on the above research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The relevant modules of the management platform Setup can integrate the internship guidance,resource sharing,teacher-student interaction and management evaluation to meet the needs of instructors and interns.2.With the help of the educational practice management platform,it makes up for the insufficiency of interns ' practice guidance in colleges and universities,effectively implements the practice policy of "double tutor system",enriches and optimizes the management form of practice.3.Interns upload their internship assignments on time through the management platform module to facilitate managers and instructors to monitor the dynamic of interns in real time,and urge them to perform their internship tasks better.,and can help interns develop good teaching reflection and knowledge management habits.4.Through the resource sharing module of the management platform,interns can meet the interns ' demand for internship resources and make the internship resources accumulate and inherit.5.Through the Management platform evaluation interns' internship results,to avoid the end of the evaluation model of the drawbacks,can more realistic and objective reflect the internship effect of interns.
