| It has been pointed out in the goal of career training of secondary vocational schools that we should improve the quality of talents’ cultivation and integrate the fostering and carrying out socialist core values with the whole process of education,boost students’ overall development of both morality and skill,ensure that the requirements of “what kind of people to cultivate,how to cultivate and for whom to cultivate” are put into practice.The Chinese subject of secondary vocational schools and the major of tourism service and management share the same requirement for talent cultivation.The following thesis starts from the textbooks of Chinese subject of secondary vocational schools and is combined with the objective of tourism service and management major,analyzes the pros and cons of the combination of the three sets of textbooks with major,adapt the textbooks based on the original ones,enrich teaching resources and launch Chinese comprehensive study activities.Not only does the thesis starts from the perspective of humanism accomplishment and professional quality,but also it take advantage of the favorable local educational resources,which takes the Chen Yun Memorial Hall as the object,the revolution culture as the subject to launch Chinese subject comprehensive practice activity research.The introduction part illustrates the basis of the selected topic,summarizes the present situation of the research and defines the related concepts.The first chapter has analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the three sets of textbooks in the process of application and dig into the merits of the Chinese language teaching in the major of tourism service and management.Through the reflection of the present teaching situation of the Chinese subject in secondary vocational schools,the Chinese teaching practice research is intensified in the tourism service and management major in terms of both the textbooks and teaching.In Chapter Two,based on the requirements of the Chinese curriculum standards of secondary vocational schools and those of the tourism service and management major,the author integrates the fostering and carrying out socialist core values with the whole process of education,reforms and textbooks and enriches the teaching resources from the module of humanism accomplishment,the module of professional quality and the module of traditional culture of revolution.In Chapter Three,the author begins to practise the research from the followingaspects: the teaching practice of reading combined with humanism accomplishment and professional quality,the practice of oral communication and the practice of Chinese comprehensive study activities.According to our school’s practical situation of Chinese teaching in the tourism service and management major,it’s really an exploration to customize and adapt textbooks to meet the students’ specific needs and put it into practice.In the course of the exploration practice,experience,lessons are accumulated constantly and reflection boosts the teaching process.What brings a great sense of achievement is that in the whole process of study,both the teacher and the students’ abilities are developed,which plays a crucial part in the further study and lifelong development of the students. |
