Physical fitness plays a very important role in human production and life.In recent years,scholars attach great importance to the study of physical fitness,and the main research results are distributed in competitive sports,school sports and mass sports.In the field of school physical education,for a long time,due to the lack of PE class,the lack of time for students to exercise,sports safety,exam-oriented education and other factors,the general low level of physical fitness of teenagers has not been effectively improved.Physical fitness is the basis of learning and mastering sports skills,the premise of cultivating lifelong sports consciousness and the key to enhancing physical fitness.Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standard for Ordinary Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)(later referred to as the "New Curriculum Standard")takes physical education module learning as the top priority of the basic part and focuses on "teaching,practice and regular competition",providing a direction for school physical education.Therefore,it is an important problem to be solved to further promote the implementation of physical fitness module courses,integrate diversified physical fitness training methods into teaching practice,innovate teaching methods,improve teaching efficiency,and then improve students' physical fitness level.This study adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,mathematical statistics and experiment,and focuses on the analysis and design of teaching schedule,teaching content selection and teaching organization form of physical fitness module course implementation.Fifty-eight students from 11 th High School in Changchun city were selected as the experimental subjects for a nine-week teaching experiment.Students were selected as the physical indexes of 50 m running,standing long jump,1000 m running,pull-up,sitting forward bending,quick reaction time and standing on one foot with closed eyes.The data before and after the experiment were analyzed,and the results were as follows:(1)development of muscular strength,muscular endurance,explosive force significant results were obtained in the teaching design,the experimental group obviously improve the standing long jump and pull-ups scores before and after the experiment,and a significant difference.Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in standing long jump and pull-up(P< 0.05),and the experimental group achieved better results than the control group.(2)Through the development of cardiopulmonary endurance and flexibility of the teaching design,the experimental group and the control group have improved the average performance of 1000 meters running,but the difference is not significant.There was a significant difference in the results of sitting body flexion in the experimental group(P < 0.01),but no significant difference in the results in the control group.(3)By developing the teaching design of reaction time,speed and balance,the scores of the experimental group in fast reaction time,50-meter running and standing on one foot with closed eyes were significantly improved,and the scores of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group.
