| Since the policy “sports power” was proposed,the state has paid high attention to the development of sports career.According to the national policy,it is necessary to improve the level of competitive sports development,at the same time,the development of mass sports and sports industry should also be considered and propagandized.In the current situation of sports,the traditional ethnic sports which belongs to the mass sports is a short board for the development of sports career.So the development of traditional ethnic sports is able to take advantage of a good situation of sports,learn from the successful experience of the development of competitive sports and combine the promotion of the sports industry.In the spread of traditional sports and traditional sports culture,it will strengthen national confidence,culture,and restore the vitality of traditional ethnic sports.The development of traditional ethnic sports in the construction of policy “sports power” is conducive to the popularization of traditional ethnic sports and the promotion of national fitness.In order to better inherit the national culture and gather the fruits of culture,we need to attach importance to traditional sports and culture.Since the international diabolo festival was held in Baoding city Hebei province in 2008,dialolo,as a typical representative,prompts the mushrooming of the traditional ethnic sports,which forms a strong cultural environment in the Baoding city.At present,what is the popularity of the diabolo in Baoding? Whether the masses agree with the cultural value of diablolo project? In this thesis,through questionnaire investigation,interview and other methods,it analyzed the existing problems and the opportunities in the development of diabolo in Baoding city.Through the questionnaires about 408 persons in different age groups,it understands the cognitive,emotional attitude towards diabolo.Though the interview for Chunming WU,the secretary-general of the diabolo association in Baoding city and other members in the association,it comprehends the present situation of diabolo,its development in the future,and the association activities and promotion methods of local diabolo.Under the efforts in the nearly decade,diabolo in Baoding city burgeons,more and more citizens deepen the understanding of diabolo.However,it still exists a series of problems: the elderly holds a high interest and enthusiasm,but the middle-aged and young adults don't have insufficient passion towards diabolo;being void of scientific and technological methods to promote the development of diabolo,slow and inefficient propagation,insufficiency of originality and lack of attraction for young people;Being shorting of infrastructure and equipment resources.Based on the construction of the policy “sports power”,it is suggested that the government should attach significance to the cultural value of diabolo and improve the construction of the infrastructure.The government should carry out the "+ sports" policy,promote the development of “tourism + sports”,“culture+ sports”,and give full play to the intrinsic value of diabolo.The association plays a leading role in popularizing diabolo to young people,cooperates with schools,and provids technical guidance for communities.Schools are supposed to introduce diabolo into the curriculums,which gives importance to the traditional sports.Through the joint efforts,it will complete the revitalization of traditional ethnic sports and ensure the successful implementation of the construction of the policy “sports power”. |
