Outline of National Medium and Long-term Program for Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)indicates that “preschool education is the important component of elementary education and the foundation-laying stage for Chinese school education and lifelong education.The essential task of infant and children education is to promote children's development,namely,healthy development.Preschool teachers are the supporter,cooperator and leader of children's learning activities.During teacher professional development,their educational emotions and professional skills will directly influence education effect.The level of teacher's occupational identity will act on teacher's professional development,influence healthcare and education service quality,and influence kindergarten development.Helping preschool teachers to work actively with high quality is an urgent problem.According to preschool teachers' occupational identity situation in township independent kindergartens of X,this paper used the research method combining literature,questionnaire and case study,with 81 preschool teachers in 4 kindergartens as the research object,to know preschool teachers' occupational identity in township state-run kindergartens of X,find out factors influencing preschool teachers' occupational identity and analyze causes,propose practical countermeasures.On the basis of the basic methods of understanding and analyzing things,this article focuses on the analysis of the current status and environmental factors.Through questionnaire information collection,this paper has used objective analysis on the state,internal factor analysis on attitude and external factor analysis on behaviors to obtain the conclusion that preschool teachers in township independent state-run kindergartens of X can accept their own occupation and recognize their own identity.Through analysis,we also obtained factors influencing preschool teachers' occupational identity in township independent kindergartens of X: salary is not the principal cause but is still important.The attitudes and values,occupational characteristics,skills and behavior of kindergarten teachers,as well as the management of the kindergarten and social prestige are all important factors that affect kindergarten teachers' professional identity Based on reason analysis,the paper proposes that improving preschool teachers' occupational identity requires to improve kindergarten management while strengthen individual teacher's quality,and also requires for multi-dimensional support from the society.
