As the appearance and practice of The Outline of the National Plan for Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development(2010-2020) and pre-school education Three-year Plan, pre-school education ushered a favorable chance. students majoring in pre-school education have greatly increased; as a result, males who are majoring in pre-school education shows an increasing trend have become an important group worthy of consideration.Professional identity is a person engaged in a profession most lasting power. Improve the level of pre-school child care teachers’ professional identity professional males, Will encourage them to be more interested in learning pre-professional knowledge and skills, After graduating from kindergarten teachers are more willing to choose to become, after the entry harder to take professional development path.The study of occupational self-identity as kindergarten teacher of males majoring in pre-school education is not only helpful to enrich teachers’ theories, but it also helpful to the reformation of professional personnel model in pre-school education at colleges. Meanwhile, it can improve the quality of kindergarten teachers.First, the paper reviewed concepts and results related to pre-school education both at home and abroad. On the basis of the investigation. Defines related concepts. Research contents and methods of the study clear.Second, the research is based on the male students majoring in pre-school education at some colleges in Heilongjiang Province. It analyzes the result by investigation and mathematical analysis. The result shows that the level of the occupational self-identity as kindergarten teacher of males majoring in pre-school education in Heilongjiang Province is at middle level. There is no remarkable difference of the occupational self-identity between junior college student and undergraduate student, only child and multi child. But there is difference between urban and rural areas. The occupational self-identity coming from rural males is higher than males coming from urban areas. There is difference among different grades in professional values and professional efficiency.Third, the research finds that the occupational self-identity as kindergarten teacher of males majoring in pre-school education are influenced by two outer elements, namely, society and university as well as a male’s self-element. Social element has made great influence on professional expectation, professional value and professional will. University element has made great influence on professional efficiency, professional values and professional expectation. Self-element has made great influence on professional will, professional values and professional efficiency.Last, according to the empirical result, from the perspective of society, order to improve their own quality and the level of occupational self-identity as kindergarten teacher of males majoring in pre-school education:The country should build guarantee mechanisms for the health development of male kindergarten teachers in order to create a favorable social atmosphere. The universities should create environment conductive to the males majoring in pre-school education and adjust training program in order to suit males’ characteristics. All these strategies can improve students’ practical ability. The perspective of male students, they should set up career goal and arrange career planning.
