Nowadays,it is important for preschool teachers to improve their occupational identity,because it will promote more normal students to become kindergarten teachers.Educational practice is an important part of normal education,which has an important influence on the occupational identity of normal students.Therefore,this study explores the specific impact on the educational practice of preschool education students occupation identity,and according to the analysis results and the influence factors,puts forward the scientific and reasonable arrangement of educational practice recommendations to improve preschool education normal students' occupational identity.In this study,the author mainly uses questionnaire and interview methods to survey occupation identity status of 14 th grade students of pre-school education in Shanghai Normal University before and after educational practice,from four dimensions of occupational cognition,occupational emotion attitude,occupational will and occupational behavior before and after the practice,115 valid questionnaires were collected.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data,the author has findings as follows:(1)the overall occupational identity of preschool education students is higher.After the internship,the occupational identity of normal school students is significantly improved,mainly in three dimensions: occupational emotional attitude,occupational will and occupational behavior,and there is no significant difference in the dimension of occupational cognition.(2)Before and after the educational practice,there is no significant difference in the overall situation of the occupational identity between Shicheng Class and normal class students.(3)Before and after educational practice,there is no significant difference in the overall situation of occupational identity between the students in different grades.(4)Before and after the education practice,there was no significant difference in the general identity of normal students in different genders.Through interviews,the author found that the main reasons for the problems of occupational identity before and after the practice of preschool normal students were: negative news orientation,prejudice of the society to kindergarten teachers,poor social status of kindergarten teachers,poor salary treatment,limited development prospect of kindergarten teachers,the role of promoting teachers' self reflection in college students' Practice Handbook,and the actual distribution of kindergartens in kindergartens.It is difficult for normal students to have a macro experience;the quality of teachers in kindergartens is uneven;the guidance methods for kindergarten teachers are not appropriate and not systematic;the physical environment and interpersonal environment in kindergartens are not ideal;the kindergartens do not pay enough attention to the normal students;the normal students are lack of practical opportunities;the training of normal students is insufficient,and lack of practice planning and reflection summary.The author classifies the problems and divides them into four main bodies,such as social environment,college,practice kindergarten and normal students,and tries to put forward corresponding suggestions for each subject,hoping to improve the occupational identity of normal students by improving the current situation of educational practice.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which discusses the reasons for the topic,the definition of relevant important concepts,and the literature review at home and abroad.The second chapter is the overall design of this study,including the research objectives and content,research ideas and methods.The third chapter is the investigation and research,including the design of questionnaire and interview research,the overall recognition of the occupational identity before and after the practice,and the present situation of each dimension.The fourth chapter analyses the results of questionnaires and interviews,and explores and summarizes the factors that affect the occupational identity of normal students in educational practice.The fifth chapter is the suggestion.Based on the findings,the author puts forward four suggestions for university,practice kindergarten,practice instructors and normal school student.The sixth chapter is the reflection and prospect of the study.
