A Study On The Cold Violence Of College Students' Dormitories

College students dormitory cold violence refers to the students in the dormitory life of the interaction process,the use of satire,insult,contempt,radical,intimidating,dirty language or the use of other non-violent means,interested in the interaction of others cold,Despise,laissez-faire,ridicule,indifference,etc.In order to achieve the spirit of others and psychological violations and injuries.This study takes Hunan college students as an example to discuss the problem of college students' cold violence.On the basis of rational thinking,this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the cold violence of Hunan college dormitory through empirical investigation and research,and puts forward the corresponding intervention suggestions so as to provide a scientific basis for strengthening college students' dormitory management and promoting the healthy development of college students.In this study,the college students' dormitory cold violence structure model,first through a Hunan 24 academic interview,60 open questionnaires and Chinese and foreign literature database multi-keyword search data analysis,the formation of a project library,including 130 projects.And then asked three PhDs of Education,two pedagogy professors to evaluate all the projects,and ultimately formed a forecast project containing 36 projects,and again from Hunan S College to facilitate the effective sampling of 176,the project analysis to verify Predict the degree of identification of the questionnaire.Finally,Hunan University,Hunan Normal University,Hunan Agricultural University,Shaoyang College.Four college students in Hunan Province conducted a survey,a total of 1,300 questionnaires were distributed,1160 valid questionnaires were recovered and the recovery efficiency was 89.23%.The valid questionnaires were divided into two(sample A and sample B),the exploratory factor analysis of sample A and the reliability test of the questionnaire,the verification factor analysis of sample B and the statistical analysis of the status of college students' cold violence.The results of the study are as follows:(1)College students dormitory cold violence is a multi-factor organic whole,including threats and ridicule,isolation and exclusion,neglect and indifference three factors,exploratory factors found that the three factors can explain the total variation of variance 59.942%.(2)According to the "Cold Violence Questionnaire of College Students' Dormitory",which is based on the theory of cold violence of college dormitory,it is confirmed that the three factors are the best and have high internal consistency reliability(0.826-0.854),half confidence(0.859-0.891)and total confidence(0.865).The validity and validity of the experiment shows that the "college students' cold violence questionnaire" can effectively identify the interpersonal relationship of college students dormitory.(3)Overall,the problem of cold violence in college students in Hunan Province is not a case phenomenon,and the overall level of cold violence in the middle of the degree,and the practice of college students cold violence more subtle.(4)The growth environment and the learning stage of college students have an important influence on the cold violence in the interpersonal relationship.For example,the only child has a higher tendency to cold violence than non-only child;college students who grow under the background of incomplete family structure show higher cold violence tendency;college students who grow under the authoritarian and neglected parenting style are more democratic than the democratic and the higher level of cold violence is higher than that of college students' dormitory.The higher the level of cold violence in more inclined to solve the interpersonal problem with the cold violence than the boys.In the personality trait,the college students who are sexually explicit are more threatened than the introverted and intermediate with the mockery of the way,and the introverted type of college students in the implementation of cold violence than the export-oriented and intermediate type to adopt more neglect and indifference.(6)The mechanism of the cold violence of college dormitory needs to be improved,and the intervening measures of college students' dormitory can be explored from the perspective of subjective and objective.Objective intervention measures are: to develop norms of civilized exchanges,enhance the awareness of civilized exchanges;to build a sound mental health service system for college students;to strengthen the construction of counselors to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students;to strengthen the construction of dormitory culture,to carry out a harmonious civilized dormitory to create activities;to build a home-school interaction mechanism to promote the building of happy families.Subjective interventions are: to strengthen theoretical study,to enhance self-cultivation;actively enhance interpersonal skills;with the network platform to build self-help mutual aid mechanism.
