As the most intimate interpersonal relationship on campus,dormitory interpersonal relationship must be handled well by college students.However,in real college life,the dormitory is the place where interpersonal conflicts occur the most.With the development of economy and society,the innovation of science and technology network and the acceleration of the rhythm of study and life,cold violence,a special form of campus violence with strong concealment and great harmfulness,begins to spread in university campus.Dormitories cold violence is confined to a small space with four to six college students,because of its concealment and long-term let people often ignore the existence of it.But it can be as harmful to college students as boiling a frog in warm water.At present,the current situation,performance and characteristics of cold violence in college students' dormitory need to be further studied and explored by the academic circle.This paper focuses on the manifestation and characteristics,the basic condition of the experience,and the social work intervention of cold violence in college students' dormitory.Based on the case interview data of 12 college students,this paper analyzed the occurrence process of cold violence in college students' dormitory,including the starting point and causes of cold violence,and the detection and treatment of the parties involved.Sumed up three relationship models of cold violence in college students' dormitory: one to one "wrestling" model,three to one "fighting the landlord" model and completely scattered "isolated island" model.This paper analyzed and summarized the causes of cold violence in students' dormitory of two universities,including dormitory setting,personal personality,interpersonal skills and values,as well as family background.At the same time,after the initial item collection based on the interview data,two trial investigations and item determination,the questionnaire of college students' cold violence experience in dormitory was finally compiled,which contained 19 items.And then the questionnaire survey was conducted.Through the analysis of the questionnaire results,the following conclusions were drawn :(1)34.4% of college students have experienced at least one cold violence project,with an average of 1.36 projects per person,and the standard deviation is 3.08;(2)Cold violence in college students' dormitory is more reflected in students' self-feelings rather than the obvious cold violence of others do;(3)College students suffering from cold violence generally have a high level of cold violence experience,with 36.1% of such students have experienced more than 4 items;(4)There is no gender difference in the experience level of cold violence in the dormitory,but there is a difference between male students and female students in the experience of some contents;(5)The family income is related to the cold violence experience in the dormitory,and students whose family income is below the middle income lever have a higher degree of cold violence experience in the dormitory;(6)There is no significant difference between the experience of group accommodation or student cadre with the experience of cold violence in the dormitory;(7)The lower the interpersonal skills of students,the greater the risk of cold violence in dormitories.Based on the value concept of social work,this paper analyzed the advantages of social work intervention in college students' dormitory cold violence.Overall intervention plans were developed from the ecosystem analysis of individual cases.From students,classes and schools three levels,this paper discussed the social work methods to intervene cold violence in college students' dormitory,such as case work,group work and community work,and then analyzed the strategies and paths of these methods to intervene cold violence in dormitory.
