A Study On The Development Of Teachers' Teaching Support In Local Colleges And Universities

When the higher education in our country has entered the stage of popularization,the scale of higher education in our country has started to expand rapidly.In particular,local colleges and universities,as the main bearers of the popularization of higher education,are also expanding rapidly.In this process,there is inevitably the emergence of higher education Quality problems,leading to the decline in the quality of teaching teachers,and ultimately affect the development of teacher teaching.In this context,local college teachers need to support the development of teaching to improve teachers' teaching ability and teaching level,and promote the development of teacher teaching.Teachers 'support for teaching development is a multidimensional service support that revolves around the center of teaching and has important significance and role in improving the development of teachers' teaching.The author takes the local colleges and universities in Hunan Province as the research object,and takes the present situation of the development of teachers' teaching in local colleges and universities.Through the descriptive analysis and the difference analysis of the data collected from the questionnaire,the author analyzes the existing disciplines Professional knowledge is not very solid,teaching ability is not strong,teaching training is not targeted and attention is not enough and the sense of responsibility is not strong and so on;Secondly,according to the actual situation of the support of teachers' development in local colleges and universities,this paper discusses the teaching development support of local college teachers in teaching and learning support,teaching resources support,teaching institution support,teaching fund support and teaching culture support.At the same time,Teachers' sense of teaching responsibility and the importance of school-level teaching and the establishment of teaching development institutions at the school level to discuss the influential factors of teacher support in local colleges and universities.Finally,this paper puts forward a series of measures to promote the development of teachers' teaching in local colleges and universities,including the construction of content and form diversification,through the experience of the development of university teachers' support in the United States and the actual needs of teachers' support and development in China's local colleges and universities Teaching and learning support,the formation of information technology to support the teaching resources to support the establishment of teaching development center of the teaching institutions to support,to give adequate support for teaching funds and establish a correct teaching and cultural support.Which provides a solid and effective foundation for the smooth development of teachers 'support and practice in local colleges and universities in China,which is conducive to promoting the development of teachers' teaching in local colleges and universities.
