With the reform and development of modern vocational education,there is an urgent need for vocational colleges to build a high-quality and professional "double-qualified" teaching staff.Since 1995,when the concept of "double-qualified" teachers was first put forward in China,the relevant competent departments of the State Council and the Ministry of Education have attached great importance to the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in Vocational colleges,constantly explored the training mode of "double-qualified" teachers,and focused on training a number of high-quality,applied and skilled secondary vocational teachers.Up to now,our country has not promulgated the professional standards,identification standards and evaluation index system of national "double-qualified" teachers,and there is no clear and unified definition of the concept of "double-qualified" teachers.In addition,at the provincial and municipal level,seven provinces such as Henan,Jiangxi and Guangxi,and three cities such as Wuhan,have issued the implementation methods or rules for the identification of "double-qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools.There are great differences in the identification objects,conditions and procedures of "double-qualified" teachers between these provinces and municipalities.Therefore,on the one hand,the state attaches great importance to and vigorously strengthens the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in secondary vocational and technical schools;on the other hand,our country has not yet formulated and promulgated the identification standard system of "double-qualified" teachers in secondary vocational and technical schools,which undoubtedly brings some troubles to the construction of "double-qualified" teachers.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant literature on the competency standards of Foreign Vocational teachers,the definition of the connotation of "double-qualified" teachers,administrative standards,school-based standards and scholars' standards in China;secondly,it analyses and puts forward the theoretical basis,basis and principles for the establishment of the "double-qualified" teachers' identification standards for accounting major in secondary vocational schools;thirdly,it uses questionnaire survey method to investigate and analyze.The present situation of the construction of "double-qualified" accounting teachers in 17 secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province.Finally,on the basis of this,this paper preliminarily constructs 44 identification indicators of "double-qualified" accounting teachers in Guangdong secondary vocational schools,and adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and factor analysis,finally studies and constructs a secondary vocational school with 7 first-level indicators,40 second-level indicators and their connotation explanation.The standard system for identifying "double-qualified" teachers of Accounting Specialty in schools.This paper studies and establishes the criteria for identifying "double-qualified" accounting teachers in Guangdong vocational schools,which can be used as a reference for training,admittance,training,assessment and evaluation of "double-qualified" accounting teachers in Guangdong vocational schools,and for promoting the professional development of "double-qualified" accounting teachers in Guangdong vocational schools and building high-quality secondary vocational schools.It is of practical significance to accelerate the development of secondary vocational education in Guangdong Province by the "double-qualified" teaching staff of accounting specialty. |
