Study On Cultivation Of Contemporary College Students' Innovative Consciousness

Innovative talents are playing an increasingly crucial role in the development of our society nowadays,in which innovation has become the main theme and are being paid much attention to,which we can see from the slogan almost in every industry that "Everyone is considering to start his/her own business","Everyone is striving for innovation".Under the guidance of Xi Jinping's theory of innovative development,this paper has studied some college students from several provinces to find out how much they have understand the education of innovative consciousness,and obtained the feedback from the society college and family to the education way of innovative consciousness.The purpose is to find out where the weakness in the educational innovative consciousness lies in,and to figure out a scientific,effective and proper way to cultivate college students' innovative consciousness.This paper consists in four parts mainly:The first part discusses the development of innovative culture,and to define what is innovative consciousness,the education of innovative consciousness,and the education of college innovative consciousness.At first this paper introduces,innovation at home and abroad,then Introduces briefly the education of,innovative consciousness,and,the education of college students' innovative consciousness.The paper still discusses the value of the education of college students' innovative consciousness,theoretically and realistically.The second part induces the theory foundation,of college students,education of,innovative,consciousness,from the classical innovative theories of the great thinkers,including Marks,engles,mao,socialism theries discovers with chinese characters,xi,whose theory is the new era guidance of education of college students,innovative,consciousness.The third part put forward the main problems in the education of college students,innovative consciousness discovered from the questionnaire survey,and analyzes the main reasons.Based on the analysis of the absence of the college students' innovative consciousness,and the analysis of the causes from the Internal and external angle,this paper puts forward a series of strategies of different levels and has figured out a proper way to the education of college students' innovative consciousness.
