The Research On Green Consumption Ideas Cultivation Of College Students In Heilongjiang Province

Ecological civilization construction was brought into the “Five in One” general layout of the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the 18 th National Congress of CPC,and since then it has become increasingly important and urgent in the process of reform and development.It was emphasized both in the Proposals on Accelerating Ecological Civilization Construction issued by the CCCPC and the State Council in 2015 and in the fifth plenary session of the 18 th central committee of the CPC,that we must adhere to the path of green development to realize the ecological civilization.In the Speech at the National Environmental Protection Work Conference in 2016,minister of the environmental protection,Chen Jining,pointed out that environmental protection would be confronted with new situation,new challenges and new tasks during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period.To adhere to green development would run through various aspects and the entire process of economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization construction.Green consumption is one of the important contents of green development.It is an important way to impel green development and ecological civilization construction of China that to vigorously promote green consumption to its prevalence in the whole society.In this thesis,we selected college students in Heilongjiang Province as the objects of study,and took the green consumption ideas cultivation of college students as the core.We have conducted questionnaire surveys and random visits to the students of ten colleges in Heilongjiang Province,and then analyzed and summarized the research results.With the combination of the study and exploration of relevant research results of green consumption from various scholars,this thesis was completed.This thesis consists of five sections.The first section is the introduction,in which the objective,significance,status,methods of research and innovative points are contained.In the second section,the theoretical basis of the research of green consumption ideas cultivation of college students is discussed.The elaboration of relevant concepts,cultivation contents and basic theories are included.The third section is the analysis of the status of green consumption ideas cultivation of college students in Heilongjiang Province,including some achievements,four problems and four causes of those problems.Among college students in Heilongjiang Province,the effect of green consumption ideas cultivation is unsatisfactory;the content is incomplete;the atmosphere is bad;the methods are insufficient.These are four problems.The environment has not been established;the content has not been formed a system;the supporting conditions are deficient;the exploration of methods is lagging.These are four causes of the problems.The fourth section is the exposition of the strategies to strengthen the green consumption ideas cultivation of college students in Heilongjiang Province,comprising subjectivity,permeability,comprehensiveness,combining with the regional culture of Heilongjiang Province,these four principles.In addition,there are paths to discuss from four aspects of environment,content system,supporting conditions and methods of the cultivation.The fifth section is the conclusion.This thesis aims at seeking for countermeasures to strengthen the green consumption ideas cultivation of college students in Heilongjiang Province,and strive to make the research results greatly enhance the development of green consumption in Heilongjiang Province and have an great influence on the green development of state and society,so as to promote the steady development of ecological civilization construction of Heilongjiang Province and China.
