At present,the national implementation of rural compulsory education free policy,which is the country to improve rural education problems by the implementation of an important policy of benefiting agriculture,for our country's vast rural areas to solve the child's reading pressure,but also can significantly improve the enrollment rate of rural primary schools has a positive effect on improving the educational level in rural areas.However,because the rural economy and culture compared to the city is still a big gap,the teacher strength is too weak,thus limiting the quality of teaching,some teachers behind the educational concept,teaching methods,has been unable to adapt to the current quality education and new Curriculum reform requirements.Compared with the city's schools,there are significant differences,whether from the student's foundation or from the school's teaching facilities.Under the request of improving the quality of teaching to reduce the burden of students,how to improve the ability of students to use knowledge has become the focus of the community attention and difficult issues.We only from the actual situation of rural primary school,the rational allocation of teachers,strengthen the theoretical training,fundamentally reverse thecurrent rural teachers teaching philosophy,to meet the actual situation of the local teaching model,to build a reasonable teaching management and evaluation system,we can let the vast rural areas of compulsory education reform to develop,teaching quality and quality of teaching materials will be reflected.Based on the study of the quality of classroom teaching in rural compulsory education,this paper expounds the actual situation of Buteou Township in Guizhou Province by means of literature research,questionnaire survey,interview research and mathematical statistics.And summarizes the results of the survey of students and teachers,and puts forward concrete countermeasures from the aspects of improving the mathematics specialty,implementing the scientific teaching methods and theories,strengthening the classroom management,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff and reforming the teaching quality evaluation system.
