Teaching quality is the key to our development of rural compulsory education. As the rural areas are located in remote and far from the city, which is affected by many factors such as political, economy, transportation, culture, teaching quality in rural primary schools has been in a low level. The teaching stage is the classroom. There is no doubt that the low quality of rural primary education is also embodied in classroom teaching. As China's educational reform and the "Three Rural Issues" highlights, many education experts, scholars and educators are deeply aware that it has become educational research focus on the importance of teaching quality in rural compulsory education, quality of teaching in rural primary and secondary schools. In order to improve the quality of rural compulsory education, it is necessary for us to strengthen the training of rural teachers, improve the quality of rural teachers; support the protection of basic teaching facilities in rural schools through the implementation of national policies and improve the level of theoretical research of teaching in rural schools. We focus on joint efforts to comprehensively improve the teaching status and quality of rural compulsory education through basic hardware facilities and software facilities.There is a combination of rural schools of Shandong in Hunan the status of teaching quality in this paper. The paper has studied various defects and exist deficiencies in rural primary school in order to analyze the reasons for the low level of classroom teaching from teacher level of the village primary school, the financial system, school conditions, management system and research-based teaching and research, and many other aspects. The paper has the sum on the basis of experience and disadvantages of proposed solutions, which is very theoretical and practical significance in optimizing rural primary education system of Shandong and improving the quality of classroom teaching.The paper Consists of four parts.The first part has explained the background and significance of the research from the status quo of rural compulsory education in China. At the same time, there is analysis of the recent status,drawing some of the literature and some of the arguments in the monograph. Then, the paper has outlined the main research ideas and general outline of paper.The second part is the teaching quality analysis rural primary school of Shaodong. in order to fully reflect the quality of teaching status rural primary school of Shaodong, the paper has investigated and summarized the quality of classroom teaching from four aspects such as the school teachers level, teaching methods, Teaching management and teaching facilities of rural primary schools of Shaodong,with the typical 10 rural primary schools as the object of study,Partâ…¢has focused on the quality of classroom teaching rural primary schools of Shaodong and the reasons.from the analysis on the main internal factors of education, the main factors are the low quality of the teaching profession, teaching methods, backward, backward teaching conditions and teaching of stamina insufficient. We have low quality of classroom teaching due to the presence of these reasons.Because of low teaching quality of rural primary schools of Shaodong, Partâ…£proposes instruction and suggestions to enhance the quality of classroom, namely:strengthening teacher training, focusing on upgrading of teachers; the strengthening of teaching theory, clear teaching objectives; the implementation of national support policies, protection of the basic teaching facilities; reward classroom teaching and research and enhancing the level of school-based teaching and research.
