A Study On Words And Deeds Anomie Of Primary School Teachers And Correctional Stratagies

As a result of increasing emphasis on elementary education and continuous efforts on construction of teaching staff in primary school,the level of primary school teachers has significantly improved in China.Despite the great success achieved,the fact that the quality of primary school teachers is still uneven,that pupils are exposed to the indiscretions of teachers',that parents,teachers,even the whole society haven't paid enough attention to it has posed a major threat to physical and mental health of students'.As the enlightenment stage of school life,primary school is a critical stage for both psychological and behavioral development of children.Thus,teachers' words and actions exert a strong and profound influence on them.Therefore the study of teacher 's misconduct helps build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and smooth the path for teaching.This dissertation mainly studies the indiscretions of primary school teachers',and systematically analyses the characteristics of primary school teachers' behaviors,the types,key manifestations,harms and the causes of indiscretions,and practical measures are put forward to rectify them.
