As China puts great attention to the secondary vocational schools,the various aspects of secondary vocational schools are also constantly adjusting and transforming.China puts forward the basic theoretical orientation of "employment is the orientation,competency is the standard" for the development direction of secondary vocational courses.It is hoped that every secondary vocational school should implement curriculum according to occupation needs,job abilities and work tasks.The preschool education major in vocational schools,as the training institutions which deliver the most preschool teachers for kindergartens,should be more concerned with the development of the students' related abilities.But at present,the problems are serious and preschool education major in secondary vocational schools are cannot to meet the urgent needs of kindergartens for skilled talents.In the Q medium occupation school of preschool education specialty as an example,the process of examining aspects of the implementation of preschool education specialty of secondary vocational education curriculum objectives,content,organization,management and evaluation of the curriculum implementation were investigated and analyzed,and selected the "theoretical basis for improving the ability standard" as the curriculum implementation,the implementation of the existing problems of preschool curriculum the professional education has been improvedFirst of all,mainly through the investigation on the current situation of the implementation of curriculum in Q secondary vocational school's preschool education major,I found several problems that its course target lacked orientation of employment ability and curriculum content system lacked Entirety.Moreover,the management of curriculum organization is lack of science.Finally,Under the care of "competence-based" theory,I proposed to establish the standard of occupation ability,set up curriculum according to the ability demand,form the curriculum resource sharing platform,and establish a multi-level management mechanism,I also put forward to establish the regional cooperation programme for pre-school education major,Through all of these proposals to achieve the perfect pattern of the development of the preschool education professional course in secondary vocational school.
