As the beginning of basic learning,the importance of preschool education is self-evident.The liberalization of the universal two-child policy has resulted in the increase of preschool children of the right age,which has made the development of preschool education face tremendous pressure and challenges.The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the plan of running preschool education well and realizing early childhood education.In the Opinions on Deepening Reform and Normative Development of Preschool Education issued by the State Council of the CPC Central Committee in 2018,it is pointed out that the problem of insufficient development of preschool education is still very prominent,and it is still a weak link in the whole education system.One of the problems is that the construction of teachers is lagging behind,and the countermeasures of" to innovate training mode,and to optimize the training curriculum system " are put forward.The quality of pre-school education professional personnel training depends on the curriculum of Pre-school Education Major in various schools.At present,preschool education talents trained by secondary vocational schools are still an important part of kindergarten teachers'team,but their graduates reflect a low level of post adaptation,and their comprehensive qualities and abilities can not meet the requirements of post objectives.This phenomenon exists,which emphasizes theory over practice,ignores the connection between knowledge and specific work tasks,and fails to effectively cultivate students' key abilities and professional abilities.In this case,it is urgent to improve and perfect the curriculum of preschool education in secondary vocational schools.This paper takes the curriculum of preschool education in three secondary vocational schools in Qingdao as the research object.Based on the idea of competency-based education,it makes an analysis of the current situation of curriculum provision in case schools from three aspects:training objectives,curriculum structure and subject setting.And according to the specific survey information,summarize what factors can have a certain impact on the curriculum of pre-school education.This part of the factors will become an important reference basis for curriculum optimization.The research on this topic mainly includes six components:Part One:This paper elaborates the study background,analyzes the current situation,defines the concept,explains the purpose and significance,and clarifies the contents and methods of the study.Part Two:Provide effective theoretical and policy basis for curriculum design of preschool education major in secondary vocational schools.Part Three:Through questionnaires and interviews,this paper makes an analysis of the current situation of the training objectives,curriculum structure and subject setting of preschool education specialty in case schools.Part Four:Based on the survey of the previous section,summarizing the current situation that there are some problems in the curriculum setting of preschool education specialty in case schools,such as vague expression of training objectives,the lack of guidance and neglect of vocational ability training;the lack of standardization of curriculum structure,which is not conducive to the systematic training of vocational ability;the lack of integration and pertinence in subject setting,which fails to respond reasonably to the requirements of professional competence.Based on the investigation and research,this paper analyzes the causes of these problems from the aspects of lack of advanced and effective vocational education theory,inadequate investigation and analysis of vocational ability requirements,and imperfect guarantee system for effective curriculum implementation.Part Five:Based on the idea of competency-based vocational education,this paper puts forward optimization strategies for the curriculum design of preschool education specialty in case schools,including taking competency-based as the guiding concept of curriculum design,defining training objectives,standardizing curriculum structure,enriching subject setting,perfecting curriculum guarantee system and developing competency-based curriculum.Part Six:Summarize the research results and point out the shortcomings,and propose the follow-up research direction.
