Family is the first place where everyone grows up and grows.Family environment for the growth of every student has a very important factor,parents are the first teachers of children,how intimacy between parents and child,family adaptability,is particularly important on students' personal growth,and affect their psychological health.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the relationship between family intimacy,adaptability and mental health.By analyzing the overall characteristics of family intimacy,adaptability and mental health,and their mutual relationship,it helps junior high school students improve their psychological quality and make them grow healthily.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted to study students from two middle schools in Zhongshan City,Guangdong Province,with 702 students.The tools included:family intimacy and adaptability scale(FACES II-CV),mental health diagnostic test(MHT).Research students family intimacy and adaptability and the status quo of mental health,explore the students at the beginning of family intimacy and adaptability and the relationship between mental health,provide the basis for mental health education,to promote the junior middle school students' mental health level.SPSS was used for data processing,and the results were as follows:1.The family of junior high school students is a balanced family,which is intimate and regular.2.Students who live with their biological parents have the highest degree of familial intimacy,the better the family economic level,the more intimate the family.3.The students' mental health scores and content factors are basically normal,and the average score of learning anxiety is similar to that of 8 points.To strengthen the students' psychological counseling.4.The score of junior middle school students mental health,learning anxiety,anxiety and remorse tendency to people,allergic tendency of these aspects,the girls' scores to be higher scores than boys,girls than boys in these aspects of health.The first student is more self-reproach than the junior and junior students.5.The lower the per capita monthly income of the family,the more likely the students will have physical symptoms.Students are more impulsive.6.The total score and factors of family closeness,family adaptability and mental health are negatively correlated.The better the familial intimacy and family compatibility,the better the mental health.Family intimacy and family adaptability can predict a child's mental health,with the predicted variables of 6 and 7 percent,respectively.
