| Mental health problems among adolescents are becoming increasingly prominent,and the number of adolescents with mental health problems is increasing year by year.Mental health problems can also lead to psychological problems such as school boredom,anxiety,and depression.Subjective well-being can better reflect the results of self-development and adaptation to society,and the subjective well-being level of junior high school students can reflect their mental health level more comprehensively.Therefore,this study takes the subjective well-being of junior high school students as the breakthrough point,studies and analyzes the influence of family intimacy on subjective well-being,and the mechanism of social connection and self-concept clarity in it,and discusses and proposes measures to intervene in the subjective well-being of junior high school students.In this study,541 junior high school students in Shaanxi Province were surveyed using the Adolescent Subjective Well-Being Scale,the Family Closeness Scale compiled by Olson and edited by Fei Lipeng et al.,the Social Connection Scale revised by Fan Xiaolan et al.,and the Chinese edition of the Self-Concept Clarity Scale compiled by Campbell and revised by Wu.The results show:(1)The results of the difference test showed that there were significant differences in the subjective well-being and self-concept clarity of junior high school students in terms of gender,which was manifested as the subjective well-being of boys was significantly higher than that of girls,and the students of the first year of junior high school were significantly higher than those of students in the second and third years of junior high school.Self-concept clarity is significantly higher in boys than in women;(2)The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between the two variables: family intimacy,subjective well-being,social connection and self-concept clarity.(3)The test of mediation effect showed that family intimacy had a significant direct predictive effect on subjective well-being;The independent mediation effect and chain mediation effect of social connection and self-concept clarity in family intimacy and the subjective well-being of junior high school students were significant.In summary,this study puts forward several suggestions for intervening in the subjective well-being of junior high school students: pay attention to the role of the family and publicize the function of the family;strengthening social training and social connections;Strengthen self-regulation and clearly understand self;Create a healthy environment,establish positive beliefs,etc. |
