With the development of E-Education,the film and television resources that are the one of the digital learning resources,have been widely used in ideology-morality lesson by teachers.Using the film and television resources can make the moral education more attractive,emotional,enjoyable and acceptable.This paper that based on existing research achievement and integrated the knowledge of pedagogy,psychology and communication,discussed many related problems about the film and television resources.This article used various research methods,such as the method of documents,investigation method,observation method,interview method to summarize and analyze the problems and reasons of using the films and television resources.Then,proposing improved strategy in order to improve the effectiveness of the application of film and television resources.Firstly,this study discussed the concept of film and television resources and analyzed the characteristics of film and television resources,then discussed the values of film and television resources.Secondly,by analyzing data,discussed the main problems of the utilization of the film and television resources in ideological and moral lessons.That can be summarized as the following points:First,teachers lack proper understanding of the film and television resources,have not motivated the initiative of studying of students.Second,teachers have not realized effective integration of resources and other methods.Third,educators lack to further the educational value of the resource.Fourth,teachers are short of the comprehensive consideration of the application environment.The main reasons of above problems can be analyzed from two angles that including teachers and schools.Finally,Based on teaching practice,in my opinion,the application of the film and television resources should be optimized from four aspects:clearing the selection basis of resources,refining the steps of application according to the teaching practice,upgrading the sills of teachers by project learning and teaching research,evaluating the effects of application scientifically through the thorough evaluation program and diverse feedback channels.
