Training institutions gradually changed from the auxiliary education of public education to “the second classroom “which is equivalent to public education.Teachers are the dominant force in this type of organization and great important human resources,like the public school teachers,they also bear the important task of teaching people.The professional development concerning training institutions teachers should also have a clear and transparent promotion system,Paying attention to the professional development of teachers in training institutions is a neglected topic by researchers at present.We should take this group seriously.Promote the professional development of teachers in training institutions,first of all,we should have a comprehensive and objective understanding to the present situation about the needs of Teachers.According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,to analyze the needs of teachers at each level.Bring forward reasonable and targeted suggestions through the problems reflected.By meeting the needs of all levels of teachers,reduce the loss of teachers.Ensure the teachers receive the respect they deserve,then put forward the feasible countermeasures to promote the development of teachers' occupation,so that teachers can serve the broad masses of students better.This paper is based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs,the teachers of training institutions as the research object.The teachers in the aspects of the occupation career needs according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs to be divided into three categories---primary demand?intermediate demand and senior demand.The physiological and safety needs are the primary demand,love and belongingness needs and respect needs are intermediate demand,the needs of self realization are senior demand.Issued a number of questionnaires to survey the demand about meeting the status in the training of teachers and data analysis,obtain the large data which are representative.And interviewed six requirements in different working years teachers,continue to support the representativeness and authenticity of big data with specific case.Combine the two data present some reasonable countermeasures and can be implemented.Combine the theory and practice,put forward how to promote the occupation development of teachers,let them can face the challenges of occupation better and help students learn and develop better.
