By reading a lot of literature,researching the teachers in workplace,combined with the development of Qingdao Private Colleges Private Colleges & Universities incentive problems have been learned.Incentive problems about Qingdao Private Colleagues & Universities and solutions are analyzed in this paper,in the hope to offer a certain reference to Private teacher incentive policies and incentives problems sloving.Private College Teachers’ Incentive problems are mainly reflected in the poor guidance of government and unsatisfied needs to teachers from the private colleges and universities management level.Since the private nature of private colleges and universities,government did not include private university teachers into the public teacher category,so the social security and social welfare as well as the evaluation of teachers between public teachers and Private College Teachers is a big gap.Private Colleges & Universities signed labor contracts with private colleges and universities,management level of private colleges and universities is in charge of benefits,career development,skills training,work environment,so the incentive effects of private colleges and universities are decided by the strategy of the management level of the Private colleagues and Universities.For the presence of the excitation problems this paper presents an effective solution.First,the government should give some recognition in a certain level,though private colleges and universities are private but education is characterized by the presence of public service,the government should take a stand on social guidance and give affirmative to teachers in private colleges and universities.Second is followed by the motivation of Private Colleges.the paper issues a solution from welfare,education and training,social security,material and spiritual incentives.Private College Teachers themselves should understand the situation,recognize the fundamental nature of the work,and improve their quality to be a qualified teacher in Private Colleges and Universities.
