About Professional Tendency For The Preshool Education Majors At Medium Professional School Such As The X School

According to the national emphasis on secondary vocational schools,and two-child policy liberalization,preschool education is also of concern,the number of students choose this profession after graduating from junior high school in rising,but the students in the orientation of employment after graduation has become a problem worthy of attention,at present,the employment orientation in the medium occupation school preschool education the less research.In this paper,a questionnaire survey of 400 secondary vocational schools in X secondary vocational education was conducted by sampling questionnaires.The status of employment orientation of preschool education majors was analyzed,and the existing problems were found.Survey results show that: students chose to choose preschool education major,the greater the impact of the outside world;the choice of the region,heavy cities,light towns;employment information narrow.Then by interviews,separately for each employer,the parents of the students and preschool education teacher,school admissions,students majoring in preschool education for a total of 27 interviews,to a more comprehensive collection of information,and influence on the sample school preschool education professional employment orientation,factor analysis,interview results is the effect of the orientation of employment students from society,school,family,others and their own factors.In the fourth chapter,according to the employment orientation of students majoring in preschool education problems,gives the corresponding measures: to strengthen social attention to the medium occupation school of preschool education,improve students' appropriate remuneration,public kindergarten to secondary vocational school graduates employment machine appropriate will improve their skills.We should strengthen schools' employment guidance for secondary vocational education and cultivate the orientation of secondary vocational school students,so as to improve their professional ability and strengthen their confidence in employment.Schools implement school enterprise cooperation,and the head teacher goes deep into the kindergarten to study and understand the talents needed in kindergartens.Invite kindergarten representatives and excellent student representatives to come to school to communicate.Reducing the influence of family on the employment orientation of students.Strengthening self-awareness and fostering correct employment orientation.Students learn to evaluate themselves objectively and reduce the influence of others on their employment orientation.
