Professional master of preschool about early childhood education is a new force in our country, compared to other early childhood education training, pre-professional master’s education goal is not just about training in line with the needs of high-quality early childhood education, high-capacity, high level of knowledge kindergarten teachers, it is also possesses a career in early childhood education frontline research mission. Preschool Master not only be familiar with professional knowledge of early childhood education theory, teachers have a basic professional skills, but also have some research capacity, with a wealth of knowledge and broaden subjects learning perspective. Educational practice plays a key role in the education and training of pre-professional master’s degree in educational practice is to test the theory of knowledge and consolidation, is the ability to exercise and improve practice, is pre-professional master’s early career pedal. However, the growth path in general preschool teacher is different, professional degree graduate with learning backgrounds, learn the basics of uneven, learning time is relatively short-lived problem, therefore pre-professional master faced with multiple difficulties in practice. This study on the relevant theoretical basis, the use of scientific research methods is to explore the pre-professional master’s education problems in practice, analysis of the reasons put forward to reasonable and feasible countermeasures.In this paper, Northwest Normal University, Huazhong Normal University, Shaanxi Normal University, Fujian Normal University, Hebei Normal University Teachers Colleges nationwide seven pre-professional Master 79 interns for the study, the use of literature, questionnaire, interviews and other research methods, combing documents with organized research data, conducted survey about the difficulties and problems in pre-professional graduate degree of education internship process, problem analysis and explore the reasons and proposed targeted the solution.The survey results show that there are some problems in pre-professional master’s degree: Master Curriculum neglects the cultivation of professional skills, practice base is always single, internship guide the work place, educational research internships are also ignored, intern lack interpersonal skills and reflect on issues such as inadequate. Given that master of preschool education in the current situation and there are also some problems about practice, we propose that the following targeted recommendations: strengthening the training of pre-professional master professional skills, internship kindergarten base choose to diversify, adequately prepare before practice, interns learn how to maintain a good attitude and good connections and so on.
