Case Work Intervention On The Poor Mental Adaptation Of Half-disabled Elder In The Pension Institution

At present,China's aging situation is more serious,the elderly pension problem has become a social problem of close attention from all walks of life,because it is not only related to family happiness,but also has a great impact on China's social and economic development.Among them,the semi-disabled elderly as the elderly group of the weak,more should be paid attention to from all walks of life.With the miniaturization and core of the family function structure,the family pension function is further weakened,the mode of home-based pension has been unable to meet the growing needs,and the community pension is not perfect enough to provide a variety of community services,in such a development background,pension institutions are developing rapidly,institutional pension is becoming a way to meet the needs of the majority of the elderly pension,and plays an important role in providing daily care services for the elderly.But under the influence of the traditional family pension concept,many old people are not voluntary to pension institutions,so when the old people from the familiar social environment to the unfamiliar relatively closed institutional environment,will inevitably produce psychological does not adapt,and pension institutions for the elderly in this respect did not give some attention,and this is the focus of this paper.The research topic of this paper is the psychological maladjustment of the disabled elderly in the old-age institutions.through the use of case work methods and skills,based on the theory of ecological system and cognitive behavior theory,after understanding the basic situation of y apartment for the elderly and the psychological adaptation of the elderly,select one of the typical psychological maladjustment of the semi-disabled elderly after entering the old-age institutions as the service object,through the case of the main,nursing staff,the main children of the case,institutional managers,the elderly in the hospital observation,interviews,to obtain relevant information,the author through sorting out the data,analysis and diagnosis of the main problems and needs of the case;Then,it sets the goal and work plan for the existing problems,and carries out the specific intervention service according to the plan;Finally,after the goal is basically completed,and through the activities of daily life before and after the elderly depression scale and the elderly regular physical examination table to evaluate the changes of the case master,analysis of the effectiveness of case service.Through the intervention of this case,summarize and reflect on the gains and losses of case service.
