Curriculum resources is an important concept in courses theory, as China's basic education curriculum reform keeps advancing, The importance of curriculum resources become increasingly prominent. It is being increasingly recognized that the goals of the basic education are very difficult to achieve if there is no reasonable development and effective use in curriculum resource. Curriculum Resource Development in China is still at an early stage, the mature research results were rare, especially on the national characteristics. The development and the applications of curriculum resources is a very important component in curriculum reformation. To develop and make use of curriculum resources in local conditions especially in national characteristics curriculum resources can play a proper advantages in education, so as to promote student health and personality development of diversified services.In Physics Teaching, to develop and effective make use of the physics curriculum resources in a rational way for physics teachers is a new challenge. Particularly in the national region, it is a huge challenge to the physics teachers. Because of the rich cultural resources in Minority areas, that the teachers in majority regions must be continually update the concept, and to enhance the development and utilization of awareness and capacity-building, teaching practice in continuous summary. In accordance with the physical characteristics of curriculum resources from the University, and the subject of local reality, According to local conditions, the development and use of internal and external resources for various physics courses, and its implementation of the curriculum to maximize the effectiveness and value for students comprehensive and personalized service of development.The article takes the physics teaching of the Inner Mongolia region as an example, and had studied the development and the teaching practice application in physics curriculum resource. The main part of the article, including three respects.a. Combining literature, physics curriculum reform in the latest concept of care, Discussion of traditional Mongolian culture as a physics curriculum resources reasonable possibilities. reveals a change in Mongolian students learning styles, comprehensively improve the Mongolian students Mongolian scientists and promote the professional development of teachers and other fields have value.b. Combining teaching practice and the literature, and try to content, methods, Classes three cite traditional Mongolian culture can develop and use the resources to display its rich curriculum elements.c.
