In 2017,according to the request of the Central Committee of the Party,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued rules on the textbooks of the morality and rule of law due to the constant advancements and requests of the new curriculum reform.This new stipulation has brought about a package of new reforms on the morality and rule of law in junior high schools.In the face of the arrival of the new textbook from the Unified Compilation Department,the new changes in the contents and arrangement of the textbooks in junior high school will entail the issue of how to make teaching more effective,which will be highly valued by experts,scholars and teachers who are giving lessons again.The morality and rule of law in junior high school have been undertaking the important mission of spreading the national ideology and providing the spiritual power for the overall development of the body and mind of adolescents in the process of education and teaching.The issues that will be discussed in the paper are as follows: How to play the role of moral education by teaching the morality lesson,how to evaluate the effectiveness of this course and how to improve the effective teaching of this course.This paper will select Liaocheng Experimental Middle School,a public school as the target for investigation and research,using questionnaires,teachers interviews and other ways to summarize the current situation of effective teaching and put forward the corresponding measures.The research on the effective teaching of the morality and rule of law in junior high schools can not only meet the demands of the development of the new curriculum reform but also to fulfil the teachers' teaching needs of the subject.What should be paid attention to is that there is not a clear yardstick to improve the effectiveness of the morality and rule of law teaching in junior high school.It requires teachers to reflect on experiences and develop methods from practice,which is a process of continuous improvement.Through reading the relevant articles and drawing on personal teaching experience,this author tries to summarize the countermeasures to improve the morality and rule of law in junior high schools.The writer hopes to provide a reference for teachers to carry out effective teachingand to improve and strengthen moral education of junior high school students through these practical suggestions.
