Elementary school and junior high school compulsory education stage of initial year "morality and life" unity "ideological and moral teaching material" changed to "morality and the rule of law",it is the first time that "the rule of law" appeared in the compulsory education phase of the political course name,since new China was founded in 1949.Under the current social background of "rule by law",the country attaches more and more importance to the important role of education in national education.In this article,the teaching material is renamed as the starting point,and four chapters are used to study the rule of law education.The first chapter is the foundation of the whole article,and discusses the historical basis,realistic basis and practical significance of the change of thought character to morality and rule of law.The change of the name change of the ideological and political textbooks in middle schools since the founding of the People's Republic of China has been sorted out,and the ideological and political lessons have never been fixed.Ideological and moral teaching material was renamed morality and the rule of law is the reality basis,including the specific requirements of the philosophical basis,the rule of law,the development of the discipline of natural demand and to meet the requirements of moral education and the rule of law education distinction.This paper discusses the practice significance of changing the name of the name to morality and the rule of law from three aspects: emphasizing the status of the rule of law education,clarifying the consciousness of the rule of law,and the concrete expression of the traditional rule of law.The second chapter,through to the version of morality and the rule of law to those who have been put into use,the analysis of the teaching material content of the rule of law,clear secondary knowledge points under the rule of law,and puts forward the rule of law education in junior high school students on the basis of this principle,namely the principle of theory with practice,the principle of integrity principle,objective principle and inspiring.The third chapter,combining and communicating with teachers in junior high school student,morality and the rule of law class,analyzes the rule of law education deficiencies existing in the teaching process,including the teachers' law quality is not high,the teaching way of the single,evaluation system focuses on the achievements and insufficient social environment construction of rule of law,etc.The fourth chapter,I put forward corresponding countermeasures based on the discussion above : improving the legal literacy of moral and rule of law teachers,enriching the path of rule of law education,improving the evaluation system of rule of law education goals,and strengthening the construction of the rule of law environment inside and outside junior high school students 'campuses.It is hoped that the measures will do a favor to the teaching of the rule of law education for junior high school students.
