From an economic development point of view,China is in a transitional period of social development with more challenges and pressures.There is also a relatively greater demand for qualified personnel.In practice,some of the personnel trained in higher education institutions find it hard to adapt to the needs of social development.Inability,poor working attitude and so on more serious problems,and colleges and universities in enrollment difficulties also increased,the emergence of these problems have seriously affected the social development and self-development of colleges and universities,the reasons for the summary,education Modes,concepts,quality of educators,methods,educational goals and attitudes all have their influence on them.Therefore,some professionals put forward the performance appraisal on the work of college teachers.In the new period,Change the way of thinking,establish an effective performance appraisal mode,improve the quality and effectiveness of the examination.Hence,a research to integrate the theory of public service effectively into the work of university performance appraisal,to establish a scientific and reasonable appraisal system,to avoid the problems in the traditional appraisal mode,and to reasonably evaluate the teaching level of teachers,to optimize the teaching team,social credibility,cultivate modern high-quality personnel is main purpose of this thesis.And the research of the subject is of great significance,which can provide reference for the teaching management of colleges and universities in our country,expand the application scope and effect of public service theory,build high quality teaching team and promote the rapid development of colleges and universities.In order to achieve the purpose of the research,this article focuses on the combination of theory and practice,the unification of reality and strategy development,and uses content analysis,questionnaire,observation and interview.The main problems to be solved in the study are management concept,index establishment and development planning.The contents of the study are as follows:First,it belongs to the theoretical part and integrates the research status quo at home and abroad as well as related theories of the subject research to provide support for subsequent writing.Secondly,it belongs to the status quo and problem analysis part,taking college G as an example to analyze the status quo of performance evaluation of college full-time teachers and summarize the existing problems.Thirdly,it belongs to the integration part of theory and practice.It combines the new public service theory with the performance evaluation of professional teachers in college G and puts forward new ideas for evaluation.Fourthly,it belongs to the strategy formulation section.For the performance evaluation of college G's teachers,a performance evaluation method based on the new public service theory is proposed.Through the study,a performance evaluation system for college full-time teachers based on the new public service theory was established.Relevant assessment indicators,evaluation weights,etc.were re-established.A thorough understanding of the principles,design ideas,method choices,etc.of the evaluation system was established.At the same time,it also put forward innovative ideas.At the same time,it also pointed out the countermeasures to improve the performance evaluation of college teachers based on the new public service theory,and improve the level of performance management in universities.Research conclusions: performance evaluation work should pay attention to comprehensiveness,evaluation of the main setting Reasonable,set appraisal contents from the aspects of morality,ability,diligence,performance,and honesty,and reasonably use evaluation methods to ensure that the appraisal process is standardized,fair,fair,open,and handles the quantity and quality in the appraisal process,teaching and teaching,and administrative power.The relationship between academic power and academic power enhances assessment results.In addition to the above,the research of this project focuses on the pertinent analysis of the actual situation of performance evaluation of college G in Guangdong Province.Compared with some well-known universities,the research has a strong pertinence,which is also a realistic demand for college reform.At the same time,in the context of economic marketization and industrialization,education will also achieve industrialization and marketization.If there are problems,it will lead to a decline in the competitiveness of universities and the outflow of students,which is not conducive to the development of colleges and universities.
