Spirit refers to the craftsmen have a certain skill in order to achieve more sophisticated skill must have all the spirit and quality.Hunan spirit is a concept of rich local characteristics,which refers to survive in the process of development of Hunan craftsmen,dependent on Hunan craftsmen peculiar to the spirit and quality.Indicates the spirit of craftsman,our country will fully to "manufacturing power",but it also shows that lack of spirit of our country's national conditions.Therefore,revive spirit is the top priority.This study from a regional perspective to explore the spirit,which is divided into five parts:The first part of the introduction,the analysis of the research background and significance of spirit,spirit of comb artisans,craftsmen,artisans spirit inheritance research status at home and abroad.Among them,the domestic craftsman research including the concept and theory,traditional craftsman and skill of research and modern transformation of traditional craftsmen,artisans training research;Foreign craftsmen to find research of Germany,Japan,the Korean craftsmen;Domestic artisan spirit according to the time characteristics of research and development will be the spirit of craftsman study is divided into early stage(2000-2012),the research and development stage(2013-2015),the peak stage(2016-present);Foreign spirit including Japan after the Meiji restoration under the spirit of the process,made in Germany "spirit",the British "labor spirit",the spirit of "professional",etc.;Domestic craftsman spiritual heritage research mainly includes the hong-wei li,jian-xiong hu,Li Xiaolu and other experts nearly 30 academic papers and books;Spirit inheritance in foreign countries mainly studied German dual system,Japan's dual system reform,British and American under the return to the manufacturing of inheritance,etc.The theory of the second part of Hunan spirit connotation,first described the Hunan spirit connotation: the state of "tao" : ethos,her own spirit origin of Hunan province and the "workers" attitude: seiko nut,Hunan spirit,the basis of a "different" style: restrict long skill,Hunan craftsman spiritual goals,a "drunk" feelings: hath drunk,Hunan spirit style,the quality of the "change" : CuiNian reform,Hunan spirit of soul;Then from the aspects of regionality and space-time,uniqueness three describes Hunan spirit characteristic;Finally elaborated the Hunan spirit of contemporary value.The third part of the spirit of Hunan school,summarized the inheritance pattern,the existing inheritance mode including cooperation between higher vocational colleges and operation mode,"teacher and pupil inheritance" operation model,using the pattern,competition and educating people of these three models and objective analysis of the pros and cons.The fourth part studies the status quo,according to the previous five places in hunan province vocational college teachers and students to interview and questionnaire survey,from the perspective of teacher talk "inheritance fault" phenomenon,from the perspective of the students talk about "inheritance defects" problem,and the results made traditional hunan culture set,the weakness of the modern Hunan manufacturing,professional education inheritance disadvantages,development trend,big craftsmen team attribution analysis of four aspects.The fifth part embarks from the attribution,inheriting the spirit put forward Hunan school related optimization strategy,including efforts to improve status,developing the traditional industry of Hunan province and Hunan craftsmen concentrating on Hunan craftsmen campus culture spirit,power optimization,Hunan,etc.
