"Craftsman spirit" is a spiritual concept,providing a long-term development direction.At present,in order to adapt to the rise of new technology,the product quality requirements show a high demand.Talent requirements are constantly improved.A number of documents that pay attention to "craftsman spirit" training.Higher vocational colleges bear the historical mission of cultivating high-skilled and high-quality workers for the front line of production,construction,management and service.Vocational students act as the backbone of the future social development,their "craftsman spirit" to cultivate their career and that they can shoulder the mission of history.Therefore,The "craftsman spirit" training research of vocational students has become an inevitable trend.Many scholars from a number of angles on the "craftsman spirit" training has studied,and achieved some research grades.Mainly embodied in the "craftsman spirit" connotation,necessity,feasibility,problems and solutions and other aspects of the study.However,the present situation of the "craftsman spirit" of the postgraduates does not carry out the actual research and comprehensive analysis,which leads to the reform of the "craftsman spirit" training methods which are not detailed and systematic.This paper summarizes the relevant theories and literatures of the spirit of "craftsman spirit",together with the modern connotation of "craftsman spirit",and explains the main contents of "craftsman spirit" from four aspects: professional attitude,professional ideal,professional ethics and professional ability,covering the core elements of love and dedication,responsibility,self-discipline devotion,excellence,values,honesty and trustworthiness,teacher's spirit,professional knowledges and skills,continuing with learning ability,open innovation ability and psychological endurance.And then a total of1,000 schools in Jiangxi Province,a number of 1,000 students,225 teachers for empirical research,have graduated from technical staff interviews.Through the questionnaire survey and interview,the questionnaire analyzeand analysis of the results of the interview shows the vocational students "craftsman spirit" training problems,traditional classroom teaching lack of putting "craftsman spirit" into practice activities "craftsman spirit" training;Short of a "craftsman spirit" of the faculty;social environment-oriented efforts are not enough.And for the results of the status quo and the questionnaire,respectively,from the students' own factors,school factors,social and environmental factors in three aspects of the system factor analysis.This paper discusses the strategies of the "craftsman spirit" of high vocational students,namely,to improve the cognition of "craftsman spirit",to actively internalize to students' self-demand;to optimize the environment inside and outside,to cultivate the "craftsman spirit" of vocational college students;Construction,protection of vocational students "craftsman spirit" implementation;to practice as a platform to promote the "craftsman spirit" into the behavior of vocational students.
