Rural tourism,as a form of leisure that is far from the city's hustle and bustle,relieves the pressure of life and returns to nature,is becoming more and more popular,and has become a new trend in the development of tourism industry.And rural tourism as a connection of urban and rural,promote the social resources and civilization achievements in the realization of the sharing and wealth redistribution between urban and rural,to balance urban and rural development,optimizing industrial structure,accelerate the construction of new socialist countryside is of great significance.And all of these can't be separated from the core elements--the efforts and contributions of rural tourism practitioners.In this context,scholars have done a lot of research on rural tourism practitioners,but there is very little research on vocational training of rural tourism practitioners.And in recent years,rural tourism development and transformation of rural tourism puts forward higher requirements for the professional competence of rural tourism practitioners,so professional training as an effective way to improve staff professional ability and quality,deserves more attention.On the one hand,vocational training for rural tourism practitioners should be based on the basic characteristics and professional abilities of employees,and on the other hand,they should meet the practical training needs of practitioners.In view of this,this study starts with the concept,defines three concepts related to rural tourism,rural tourism practitioners and rural tourism practitioners' vocational training,and clarifies the connotation of research objects.Secondly,based on human capital investment theory and adult training theory and learning from previous research results,a questionnaire is designed from four aspects,including the basic situation and characteristics of rural tourism practitioners,occupational capacity evaluation,vocational training needs and vocational training status.Finally,using the methods of questionnaire and interviews,the author investigated the tourists and practitioners from the above four aspects in the rural tourism scenic spots in Yuncheng by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis and used SPSS 24.0 to make statistical analysis on the questionnaires and obtained lots of primary data and information.According to the analysis of the statistical results,the following conclusions are drawn: First,the vocational training of rural tourism practitioners must take the basic characteristics of employees,the level of vocational skills and the needs of vocational training as the precondition,so that training is targeted,hierarchical and feasible.Second,rural tourism practitioners are unreasonable in structure allocation and lack of professional talents.Vocational knowledge,professional skills and professional quality need to be improved.Vocational training is the route one must take to improve their professional ability and train rural tourism talents.Third,vocational training of rural tourism practitioners in Yuncheng has made some achievements,but there are still many problems in preparation,training process and feedback.Fourth,put forward three countermeasures and suggestions to improve the occupation training practitioners in rural tourism,namely "strengthen government guidance,build a training platform;improve the quality of training,improve the service process;follow up measures to consolidate the training results,this needs the government,society,tourism enterprises and tourism practitioners should cooperate with each other,mutual support.
