Research On Vocational Education And Training And Ability Improvement Of Rural Tourism Employees

Rural tourism,a new tourism industry,has developed rapidly in the current years.As a new growth factor of economy,it can not only increase farmers' household income,but also improve the employment of the agricultural population,propel the adjustment of the first industrial structure and promote the strategy of "rural revitalization".As the rapid development of rural tourism,the service ability and occupational quality of the employees in rural tourism,however,gradually becoming the disadvantages restricting the healthy and sustainable development of rural tourism.Therefore,in terms of rural tourism development,there will be special focus on vigorously improve the overall quality of the employees in rural tourism,enhance service capabilities,and build vocational education and personnel training model of rural tourism.According to the development of rural tourism and the relevant national policies,this paper specifically analyzed the development situation for the vocational education,training and capacity enhancement of the employees of Shi Tang Ren Jia in Nanjing.Came up with the research question:"improving the vocational education training of the practitioners in rural tourism,and enhancing their abilities".Shi Tang Ren Jia,a five-star rural tourism demonstration site in Jiangsu Province,have to create more professional and personalized tourism services,and to build a group of more professional tourism practitioners?so as to satisfy the needs of the tourism market and response to the increasingly fierce competition and accelerate the upgrading and development of leisure tourism.In the current stage,the overall level of tourism practitioners in Shi Tang Ren Jia is not high,thus,there are need carry out vocational education training to improve the vocational ability of local tourism practitioners.Through empirical research on the basic characteristics of tourism practitioners in Shi Tang Ren Jia,the development of vocational education training,the evaluation of vocational ability and the demand for vocational education training,this study draws the following conclusions:1.The local government of Shi Tang Ren Jia attaches great importance to the employees participate in vocational education training for improve their vocational ability.Education training have achieved some results,but there are still many problems in the training process.2.Vocational education training of rural tourism practitioners should fully consider the specific training needs of practitioners,according to suchbasic characteristic of the practitioners as vocational ability,it should be implementing in a targeted and hierarchical way.3.At present,the overall cultural level of rural tourism practitioners is still low,and there is a lack of high-quality talents.Their vocational abilities still have a lot of room to improve,vocational education training has become the inevitable way to improve comprehensive ability.4.According to the results of the investigation,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the vocational education training of rural tourism practitioners and enhance their vocational ability:Government-led,multi-party cooperation;optimize training design;improve the quality of training;enhance the professional ability of the employees.On the one hand,it provides some beneficial reference for vocational education training of rural tourism practitioners of Shi Tang Ren Jia in Nanjing.On the other hand,there are cannot dispense with the cooperation between the government,enterprises,society and practitioners,and with mutual support from them if want to enhance the vocational ability of rural tourism practitioners and better promote vocational education training.
