The report of the Nineteenth Party Congress pointed out that in the field of strengthening and innovating social governance,it is proposed to establish a social governance structure for joint governance and sharing.The function of social work to serve the society and management is gradually recognized by the political,economic and social fields,and has become one of the important means of social service and social co-governance.As a branch of social work,school social work has a long history of development in the United States,Canada and Hong Kong,Taiwan and other countries and regions.It has accumulated rich experience and formed a large number of service models,and has become an irreplaceable part of the educational system.However,in the system of domestic primary and secondary education,the development of social work in schools remains relatively slow.Only Shenzhen in the nation started piloting social work in schools in 2007 in the education system.In other cities such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Wuhan are exploring small areas.Up to now,whether it is the educational circles or the social work academia,whether the social work is stationed in schools or not,how to enter schools is still in the demonstration stage.Based on this,this study is based on the theory of ecosystems and Erickson’s eight-stage development theory.The first school in Tianjin has a school social workstation as the research object.It focuses on action research to construct and improve the school social work service model and framework for middle school students.These include the organizational structure of the school social work station,students,teachers,parents,community and society that form the entire ecosystem service model.At the same time,it has many functions to further improve and strengthen school moral education and education work.Helping students in disadvantaged position realize the equalization of education.Promote school,family and community to form a linkage mechanism to form a joint education force.Set up a platform for the social development of young people and improve the personality of young people,promoting self-development of young people.And on the basis of this,this study summarizes the characteristics of the school social work service mode: Fit the school system to work and maintain independence and professionalism.The service content is pluralistic to focus.The service radiation is the whole school teachers and students and the surrounding community.Integrate a variety of methods to cooperate to carry out service.Set up a platform for good interaction between teachers and students.
