The accidents induced by political speech, campus violence,committing suicide, food poisoning events causes serious harm to the growth of collegestudents, whereas it poses the severe challenge to higher vocational colleges and its manager. Prevention and treatment to the unexpected events will greatly testify the collegemanagement abilities and meanwhile it has an important influence on its image and reputation.Therefore, we should analysis the causes of college students’ unexpected events and establish the feasible university emergency management mechanism. Further improving the level of safety management in colleges and universities, ensuring the colleges can operate orderly and efficiently, promoting the higher education development in healthy, sustainable and thriving way has become the major and difficult issues to all collegesand universities.
