A Study On The Relationship Among Study Pressure,Learning Motivation And Learning Burnout Among Primary School Graduates

The primary school graduating class is different from the other students in other grades.They are going to be in the middle school.At this stage,students should have been highly motivated and energetic,but it was not the case.There are many students in class learning burnout,mainly for the class in the blues,yawn,listlessness,lack of access and a sense of accomplishment,learning without drive etc..For graduating students,learning is the most important and important task at this stage.The emergence of learning burnout will seriously affect students' learning behavior and learning effect.In order to avoid learning burnout and improve learning quality as far as possible,it is necessary to further understand the factors that may affect learning burnout of primary school graduating class,and further investigate the relationship between various factors and learning burnout,so as to help the students get rid of learning burnout.Comprehensive practical teaching and the analysis of the previous literature found that primary school graduates facing the pressure of learning and diminuendo learning motivation and learning burnout has certain relations.Primary school graduating class students face more stress than other grades.Learning activities under high pressure are easy for students to feel tired.But the lack of motivation to learn is to let the students have no heart to learn,face heavy academic pressure exhausted,learning burnout day by day.In addition,primary school graduating students are going to enter adolescence.Physical and mental changes are huge.Facing the intense learning progress,they are prone to pressure,so they are tired of learning.At this time,parents,teachers and schools should be co-operated to help students overcome their learning burnout and lay a solid foundation for their future studies.To understand the relationship between primary school graduating class of students' learning pressure,learning motivation and learning burnout situation as well as the three,this study in-depth understanding and analysis of previous research,decidedto quantitative research to examine the graduating class of 554 primary school students,and based on the research results in the exploration of how to improve the primary school graduation students with learning burnout caused by schools,families and society on this issue widely,and the formation of education together,to seek solutions to learning burnout,improve students' learning efficiency and learning achievement,the better to meet the upcoming entrance conversion.Finally,the conclusion of the study is as follows:First,the students' learning stress,learning motivation and learning burnout are stored on the demographic variables.There are significant differences.The boys study pressure and learning burnout are significantly higher than girls,the difference of learning motivation is not significant;learning pressure,learning motivation and learning burnout in whether the only child had not significant difference;single parent students study pressure and learning burnout was significantly higher than that of their parents and families of students,learning motivation was significantly lower than that of parents and family students;mother's education for primary school and graduate students and the students learning pressure,learning burnout ratio of mother education for university education students,learning motivation is weak.Second,learning pressure is positively correlated with learning burnout.Learning pressure is positively correlated with learning burnout,and learning motivation is negatively correlated with learning burnout.Third,learning pressure and learning motivation can significantly predict students' learning burnout.Learning pressure is a positive predictor,and learning motivation is a negative predictor.The school stress and test pressure in each dimension of learning stress can significantly predict students' learning burnout.
