In recent years,the concept of stem education to promote the integration of interdisciplinary knowledge has gradually been paid attention to.people began to attempt to form a whole of the original dispersed and independent disciplines through the integration of subjects,trying to explore the practice,cultivate comprehensive analysis and problem-solving ability,and highlight the cultivation of creative thinking.In the elementary school mathematics teaching,how to use the multimedia information technology means reasonably,fuses other subject knowledge,and gives full play to the advantage of multimedia information technology in the classroom is that we must deeply research and solve the problem.Children’s programming software Scratch interactive programming function,beneficial to stimulate students’ interest in learning,to Scratch hand teaching can cultivate students’ logical thinking ability and problem solving skills.Therefore,the application of the Scratch in the elementary school mathematics teaching has a big advantage.Based on the investigation to understand Scratch teaching research status at home and abroad,on the basis of sihong taiping experimental school in jiangsu province as the research object,the application status of research of Scratch in the elementary school mathematics teaching and the teaching condition.Through the author’s teaching practice,explore how to scientific and reasonable,timely and reasonably apply Scratch to teaching situation creation,teaching content,teaching,homework to consolidate,the teaching evaluation four links,improve teaching efficiency and cultivate students’ mathematical thinking and innovation ability.And application based on this model,the paper puts forward using Scratch in the elementary school mathematics teaching strategy.At last,through the teaching practice,the inspection and analysis of implementation effect.The study shows that using scratch can not only stimulate students’ desire of active learning,cultivate students’ ability of mathematical thinking,innovative thinking and solve problems,but also promote students’ emotional communication between teachers and students,so as to improve students’ learning mathematics efficiency and improve their academic performance.
