With the rapid development of China's comprehensive strength,science and technology innovates,the Chinese people is moving toward a well-off society in stride.Well-off society not only in the land of the people for material life greatly satisfied,more performance in all Chinese people,the blessing of physical,psychological well-being.“Healthy China” has become China's important strategic target,there is no universal health,there is no comprehensive well-off.College students play an important role in the progress and development of the country,and it is the duty to pay attention to the health of college Student's.However,the national fitness test data brings us the message that the physical quality of college students is decreas ing year by year.College studeent's spend most of their time on campus from the beginning of the campus to their graduation,so what causes the serious decline of college student's physique? As sports education workers,we must first think positively.Now is the era of the information era,is the age of network,the requirements to the innovation of science and technology education workers must follow The Times development,advancing with The Times,combining with the characteristics of students to develop the innovation education idea,reform teaching methods,to enhance student's physical and mental health development,cultivate lifelong sports consciousness to lay a solid foundation.Innovation education concept and reform teaching method should be guided by theory,and correct theoretical guidance is the important basis for solving practical problems.Empirical studies show that metacognitive theory for update change education teaching idea,teacher role teachers and students,improve the quality of teaching,improve students' practice ability of selflearning,etc all have positive role.Based on this,this study on metacognition theory of male college students self-learning practice in ordinary universities as the research object,the influence of the integrated use of literature,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method and other research methods,aims to explore the metacognitive theory to improve the ability of male colleges tudents self-learning practice in common colleges and universities have a positive role in promoting.Metacognitive theory as the main basis,in the teaching to guide the students' self-learning,using a Variety of methods to scientific metacognitive monitoring,after a semester of teaching experiment research,the following conclusions:(1)The use of metacognitive theory in public physical education teaching in ordinary universities is of greats ignificance to improves tudent's self-learning ability.In the experimental class,the test scores of speed,endurance and sensitivity improved obviously,and the performance of backhand push and technical evaluation improved significantly.(2)Metacognitive theory plays an important role in promoting student's learning motivation,and it is shown to improve students ' endogenous motivation and reduce exogenous motivation.In this motivation,students will focus on the content of learning rather than the external evaluation,thus improving students' self-learning ability.(3)Reasonable application of metacognition theory in public sports teaching can make students spend more time to participate in sports activities,for the students to develop lifelong sports consciousness,improve self-learning ability,practice is of great significance to strengthen the students ' physical health level.The following recommendations are made:(1)The scientific and technological progress of social development puts forward higher requirements for higher education teachers.Especially in the current social principal contradictions of our country has been transformed into the good life is people's increasing needs and inadequate development imbalance between the contradictions,more in need of our education workers to follow the time development,innovation teaching methods,to optimize the teaching elements,and can obtain good teaching effect,improve the teaching quality,and improve the students' physical health level.(2)The four dimensions of metacognitive theory are unified whole.Students' self-learning ability needs the joint promotion of these four dimensions to improve.When using metacognitive theory,PE teachers should guide students to monitor the four dimensions of metacognitive theory according to the teaching situation.(3)There is no universality in the guiding role of physical education teachers,and there are individual differences in students' learning ability.Studennts want to actively into the sports activities,improve self-learning ability,practice must be according to oneself circumstance and for ongoing cognitive activities under the guidance of teachers timely adjustment,science to monitor their own cognitive activities.
