The Research On College Students' Venture Capital And Its Countermeasures

The formal proposal of the 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote employment by entrepreneurship,to encourage students to innovate and entrepreneurship under the government's call and support to alleviate the current employment pressure.But college students encountered many obstacles in the process of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship process also contains great risks.This paper is an exploratory study guided by social risk theory and social network theory.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the special social group of college students in Changchun,find out the risk of entrepreneurship,and find out the risk prevention countermeasures.This paper mainly focuses on the empirical research,through interviews in the form of entrepreneurial college students in the process of interpersonal communication and their social role to analyze,find out the risk of college students entrepreneurship,and put forward prevention strategies.Based on the sociological perspective,this paper discusses the risk of College Students' entrepreneurship,which is mainly composed of the following four parts.The first part outlines the background and purpose of College Students' entrepreneurial risk as the topic,and expounds the reasons for college students' Entrepreneurship from two aspects of risk,social reasons and employment problems.This paper gives the policy of the state to support the entrepreneurship of college students,and points out the problems faced by college students.The second part defines the core concept of entrepreneurial risk,and combs the theory of risk society and social network theory to provide theoretical support for the study.And from the perspective of risk society theory,the external market environment of entrepreneurship is observed.From the perspective of frame effect theory,entrepreneurial decision-making thinking is analyzed,and the impact of social capital on entrepreneurial risk is discussed from the perspective of social network theory.The third part introduces the background of entrepreneurship,and to Changchun university business students as an example,analysis of the lack of College Students' Entrepreneurship exists,from the risk of macroeconomic policy changes,the progress of science and technology bring unpredictable economic risk,natural risk,enterprise development decision-making risk,entrepreneurship shortage risk analysis of College Students the venture.The fourth part is based on the above shortcomings,from the government's macro policy,the level of their own management and entrepreneurs of their own social resourcesfrom three angles,respectively,put forward countermeasures.The author thinks that we should improve the legal policy,improve our own quality and financing ability,plan the project scientifically,perfect the social and cultural atmosphere,improve the training of entrepreneurial skills,and improve the success rate of entrepreneurship.
