Design Of Learning Support Service System For Elderly University

At present,the aging trend of China's population is becoming increasingly serious.In order to actively cope with the aging of the population,the country has promulgated various laws and regulations,which emphasize the education service for the elderly.As the main implementation institution of old-age education,elderly universities still have problems such as insufficient supply of learning resources,lack of teachers,single teaching content and so on.However,the development of network technology and the popularization of smart phones bring new development direction for the old universities.Therefore,this study designed and developed the support service system for the elderly university,and used the smart terminal APP to serve the aged learners and meet their learning needs.Firstly,the study elaborated the research background and reviewed the relevant research at home and abroad in the past decade.Secondly,based on the continuous attention theory,this paper constructed a learning support service framework for elderly university.Besides,according to the ARCS motivation model,it proposed a design strategy for learning content and user interface for elderly learners,which provided theoretical support for the later development.Thirdly,during the development of the system,first of all on the system demand analysis,determined the role and function requirements,on the basis of the overall system design and database design,and then used APICloud platform and.NET technology to realized the function of the client and server.Moreover,the system was tested and the test showed that the system can basically meet the expected use goal.This system can provide learning resources and learning help for the learners of the elderly university.Learning resources provide learning content in the form of video or text,and users can browse or download online.Learning help is to answer questions in the form of online customer service,where customer service is served by tutors and psychologists,respectively to solve learning problems and psychological problems for learners.
