Troubled students in the primary school refer to the ones with normal mental development,the types,frequency,and severity of whose troubled behaviors are beyond the school's allowable range,while compared with other students.That is to say,students can be called troubled students only if they have troubled with the above behaviors.In this study,the M school in Xuzhou City is taken as a research object.I will conduct my study by the way of questionnaire surveys,observations,interviews and a case study.Middle and high graders will be chosen as the objectives,most of who are found to be normal with only a small Troubled-oriented part.A further study of this Troubled-oriented group shows:(1)There is a correlation between gender difference and the formation of troubled students,Boys are more likely to develop into Troubled students than girls;(2)Fifth-grade students are more likely to be Troubled-oriented;(3)There is a correlation between family structure and the formation of Troubled students,especially in single-parent families;(4)Personality affects the emergence of Troubled students;(5)Parental education exerts a great influence on the formation of Troubled students;(6)Lagging too much in the academic achievement impacts the formation of Troubled students;(7)The relationship between teachers and student has a correlation between greater impact as well;(8)There is a correlation between bad peer relationship and the formation of Troubled students.The reasons why this group of students become Troubled students can be summarized as:(1)the negative impact of the mass media;(2)improper parental education;(3)the loss of family structure;(4)omissions in school management;(5)some teachers have low professional ethics;(6)some teachers' labeling behavior;(7)bad peer relationships;(8)personality discrepancy and so on.Based on the status quo and causes of troubled students,this paper proposes the following educational countermeasures:(1)at the social level: promoting students to establish correct social values;eliminating the spread of bad culture and enhancing students' critical abilities.(2)At the family level: parents should change the way of education,combine appreciation and criticism,strength the inter-relationship with schools to jointly promote the development of children.(3)At the school level:Strengthening the daily behavior management of the school with paying attention to foster education;formulating diversified evaluation standards and attaching importance to the development of student personality;improving school culture construction to build a harmonious campus together;carrying out family education guidance to form a home-school education.(4)At the teacher level: Instructing students in accordance with their aptitudes to increase the student's successful experience;improving teacher education methods to build a democratic and harmonious teacher-student relationship;giving full play to role models.
