Illustrations are usually refers to the picture attached to the books and periodicals,has added text,increase the aesthetic feeling and improve books appeal the action such as illustrations used very frequently in the teaching material books,especially in the primary and secondary school textbooks.High school textbook illustrations not only has the effect of improving teaching interesting and attractive,interpretation is the important content of teaching materials and supplement,to correctly understand and grasp the students knowledge of teaching material has a very important role.However,in practical teaching,both students and teachers are biased in understanding and paying attention to the illustrations,which leads to insufficient play in the illustration itself.In order to more accurate comprehensive understanding of the problem of middle school textbook illustrations in the use of,and formulate the corresponding solution,this paper is to high school biology textbooks(compulsory 1)illustrations as the research object,choose 3 secondary schools to carry out the questionnaire,analyzes the existing problems on the basis of the results of the survey,and put forward the solving strategy according to the problem.Questionnaire survey results show that the students understanding of illustrations and use mainly exist the following problems: most of the students likes biology textbook illustrations,biological teaching material of compulsory one appear the number of illustrations,with satisfied and content also agree with the advantage of biological textbook illustrations,but use the illustrations when preview and review the degree is low,the ability of understanding and analysis of illustrations is not high,even after the teacher explained the inset illustration still cannot accurately describe the content,more can't understand illustrations of knowledge.Illustrations of teachers questionnaire survey and interviews,the results show that most teachers of biology textbook illustrations on the function of cognition,also think compulsory biology textbooks in a textbook illustrations cohesion knowledge more properly,but no matter in class or after class,the use of textbook illustrations degree is low.According to the above problem,this thesis for students,teachers,schools and textbook writers put forward the following Suggestions: first,students should improve the degree of attention to textbook illustrations and use,and cultivate the ability to analyze textbook illustrations.Secondly,teachers should fully understand the illustrations of the textbook before class,make reasonable preparations for textbook illustrations,and choose different methods of use for different types of textbook illustrations to help students understand the illustrations.Thirdly,the school can set up activities and posters related to textbook illustration,and help teachers to cultivate students' interest in teaching illustrations.Fourthly,as the source of the compilation of textbook illustrations,the textbook writer should communicate with the first-line teachers,and pay attention to the illustration of the high interest of students and the supplementary role of the teaching materials.
