In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,more and more women have entered the workplace,resulting in doubled parenting and work pressure.With the increase in the proportion of dual-employee families and the promotion of lightening work in primary and secondary schools,the time for primary and secondary school students to stay in school has been shortened,students are leaving school early,and parents have been away from work late,making the home school supervision blank time after school has become something that parents cannot avoid.” important question".However,in Japan,which is a city with water in Japan,in 2007,the Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Science and Technology,and the Ministry of Health,Labour and Welfare are implementing the “Healthy Development of Post-School Children” project.The integration,together forming a new career,namely the “after school children program” aims to create a safe,healthy and healthy environment for the students after school or holiday breaks.At present,China's post-study education for children is still in the stage of exploration and development.Therefore,learning about the relevant experience of the post-school children program in Japan provides an important way to effectively explore the development of children's education after school in the context of the integration of studies and the society.This article is based on the “Integration of Learning Society” perspective,taking the post-school child program in Japan as the research object,tracing its background and its development history,and analyzing its overall plan,from the planned service targets,service hours,implementation personnel,and services.Contents,etc.elaborate on the main contents of the post-school children program.The study found that the implementation of the post-school children's plan in Japan is mainly involving top-down participation from all levels of government from top to bottom,step-by-step advancement,increasing financial input;establishing extensive cooperation in various social education facilities and volunteering on Saturday education Alliance and assistance.At the same time,"Kagoshima City" is taken as an example to introduce the implementation status of the city's after-school child program.Since the implementation of the National Children's Plan After School Program for the First 10 Years,under the premise of the “Integration of Learning and Society” national policy,it not only promoted students' progress and development in various aspects,but also improved the quality of life of parents,optimized the development environment of the community,and further strengthened The close connection between the student family and the community has also narrowed the educational gap and promoted education equity.At the same time,some contradictions and wastes in financial support and resource allocation have also been exposed,and some deficiencies in the protection of national laws and problems in different regions have been exposed.Finally,we summarize the current situation of post-school children's education in China,and find that the traditional post-school education forms are diverse,but there are doubts;emerging post-school education is welcomed,and we need further research and improvement.Therefore,based on the study of the successful experience of the post-school child program in Japan,the experience and enlightenment that can be learned from the post-school education problem in China are refined.
