In twenty-first Century, the integration of the world economy is becoming more and more obvious, the competition between enterprises is fierce. Enterprises from the traditional product competition, talent competition, resource competition to the competition of culture. Enterprise culture has become the internal cohesion, enhance staffs management quality, realize the sustainable development, external coordination agency relationship between the enterprise, an important means to establish a good image. The academic and business circles pay more and more attention to the research and practice of enterprise culture.The Xiamen aviation limited company as the research object, using the theory of corporate culture, corporate culture at home and abroad research status and development trend of enterprise culture, Xiamen Airlines and external environment analysis, through field research and questionnaire survey, summarized the internal basis of Xiamen Airlines corporate culture, and on this basis, using Denison diagnosis model analysis on the dimension of corporate culture, this paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages of Xiamen Airlines in the development of enterprise culture, put forward suggestions for the improvement of enterprise culture construction of the Xiamen airlines.This paper consists of five parts. The first part is introduction, research background, research significance of the paper, explains the research content and research approach of the thesis, and reviews the theory of enterprise culture; the second part expounds the general trend of the main features and the development of civil aviation, the country (territory) the enterprise culture system and foreign outstanding Airlines, and summarize the common enterprise culture construction of airlines, depicts the company enterprise culture construction exterior situation outline; the third part use the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, take the interview, questionnaire, network communication and other forms, in-depth understanding of the expectations and suggestions on the construction of enterprise culture, the history of Xiamen Airline Co business status, management status, cultural status and the staff, to find out the internal construction of enterprise culture of the company; the fourth part carries on the analysis to the Xiamen Airlines at present enterprise culture from the 12 dimensions of four cultural features, and through Denison diagnostic model to make an assessment of the overall dimension; finally, according to the former grasp and analysis of Xiamen aviation enterprise culture construction and current situation, combined with Xiamen Airlines not to Development needs, the company's existing corporate culture to promote enterprise development of the five factors and four factors, the hindrance role, we propose the future construction of Xiamen Airlines corporate culture from seven aspects.
