The importance of cooperate culture has been verified by lots of studies and much of managers accept the power of cooperate culture. The correct and scientific diagnose and assess are the basis to change cooperate culture. It plays an important role in construct the well culture and increase the cooperate competence.In most cooperate culture consult service, the methods of research, interviews and other qualitative research are used, one of the disadvantages is the subjective comparison, which is difficult for the corporate culture to make accurate assessment of the status quo.On the other hand if taken purely quantitative research methods, corporate culture and its practice will become pale and tasteless. Corporate culture includes not only technical aspects of the content, but also the management philosophy. The technology can choose quantitative research methods to measure, but the management philosophy needs the corporate culture workers to make the qualitative analysis. So on the corporate culture of evaluation, we must take a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, show the state of corporate culture completely .This paper attempts to introduce new investigative tools in the diagnosis and research of the abstract corporate culture. Through the a combination analysis of the qualitative (interviews, research) and quantitative assessment and the investigation of business value model, we conclude that to build good corporate culture, enhance their core competitiveness, the key is to diagnose and analyses the original Enterprise Cultural fully, then refining and integration the original corporate culture, only by this, we can build the perfect corporate culture which can both meet the company's need and adapt the competitive surrounding, to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. By the analyses of the statue quo of the ChenZhou tobacco company, we find out the distance between the status quo culture and the ideal culture and suggest how to accurately grasp the sequence of the building of the corporate culture, thus to construct productive Chenzhou tobacco company corporate culture.
