Research On The Energy Management System In Semi Coke Industry Of Shaanxi Province

With rich energy resources, Shaanxi province has made a rapid development in industrial economy relying on its energy advantage. The comprehensive strength has got an obvious improvement so that Shaanxi province has basically achieved the objective to become a medium-level developed province. However, with the rapid development of economy, the energy management and environment pollution are increasingly meeting challenges. According to the warning report on the situation of national energy conservation in the first half of 2014, the situation of energy conservation in Shaanxi province has risen to an early warning, which shows that enterprises in Shaanxi province still have many problems in the management of energy and it is still grim to achieve the energy-saving task of “the Twelfth Five Year Plan”. The semi coke industry, as one of the sixteen key energy consuming industries in Shaanxi province, is a special industry. The study on the management of semi coke has representative and practical significance for Shaanxi province and even the whole nation. Through the study on the energy management system of semi coke industry in Shaanxi province, this thesis finds out an advanced energy management mode and method which is scientific and reasonable, effective and practical, and suitable for the technological process for production. It provides theoretical support for the scientific energy management in semi coke industry and promotes the energy-saving management of semi coke industry to reduce energy consumption and improve the utilization efficiency of energy in enterprises. It also provides reference for the construction and application of energy management system in other industries.From the practical situation of the study and application of energy management system in China, this thesis elaborates theories on energy, energy management and energy management system, and analyzes and studies the construction and application of energy management system of semi coke industry in Shaanxi province. The studies are made on the main technological process for production, energy consumption and advanced energy-saving technology of semi coke industry in Shaanxi province; from the aspects of guiding ideology, construction objective, decision-making and preparation, plans, implementation, inspection, and management and evaluation, the main contents for the construction of energy management system in semi coke industry are analyzed and studied; and the scientificity and practicality of energy management system, as an advanced energy management mode, have been retested through specific examples.
