Study On Protection And Developmernt Of Cultural Tourist Resources In Enshi Prefecture

With the people's standard of living and the continuous improvement of the value concept increasingly change, the tourist motivation is not the pure natural sightseeing, but to get more knowledge, understanding of heterogeneous culture. Therefore, in recent years, especially since the 80's of the twentieth Century, culture has become a more and more tourism industry(especially the ethnic tourism area) the core of development, to promote the comprehensive strength of minority areas and plays an important role in narrowing the gap with the developed areas.This paper mainly takes ethnic cultural tourism resources of Enshi as the research object, and bases on previous studies, literature resources and Internet related data, and combines with the knowledge of tourism science and ethnology, and adopts the method of field investigation and interview, on the development and protection of ethnic cultural tourism resources are studied. In this paper, firstly, the definition of ethnic cultural tourism resources of related concept, type and characteristics, and expounds the porter competitive theory of differentiation strategy, sustainable development theory and the ethnic cultural tourism resources protection and development mode; Second, through the protection of cultural tourism resources and the development present situation analysis, points out its problems mainly displays in the following five aspects: first, the ethnic culture tourism resources protection mode is not sound; Second, the ethnic cultural tourism resources protection development planning is not perfect; Third, the connotation of the ethnic cultural tourism resources is not enough; Fourth, enshi tujia and miao autonomous prefecture, relatively few competitive national cultural tourism resources; Fifth, the protection and development of national culture resources relatively insufficient funds. Again, to solve these problems, the article puts forward measures for the following five Suggestions: first, adhere to the coordinated development, protection and reasonable development developing patterns of ethnic cultural tourism resources protection; Second, gradually improve the protective development planning; Third, excavating national culture connotation, highlight the local ethnic characteristics; Fourth, all-round combination, make high quality, high grade of tourism products and tourism projects; Fifth, strengthen the national cultural tourism resource protection and development of investment.Practice shows that the state of Enshi ethnic cultural tourism resources development and protection of the national culture is the core content of Enshi ethnic areas of tourism, tourism is an important carrier and spread of the national culture, only the combination of scientific and effective, national culture resources will be in Enshi for tourism and full of vitality, tourism will be attractive for culture due to cultural and sustainable development. Therefore, the combination of national culture and tourism, we should adhere to the concept of sustainable development, we should adhere to the "protection first, development of the second" principle.
